2000 Acura Integra 1.8L Excessive Emissions, Misfire, MIL Lamp on
Need advice Intermittent misfire #4 hardly to delete,
succeded to delete only when unplug the battery. Code P0420
always present. The rear O2 sensor it's stuck with 0.08
volts when idle, at 2500 RPM goes at around 0.5 volts.
Front O2 works well. LTFT = 0.99 ST... Trouble codes: P0420 (catalyst system - efficiency below threshold), P0304 (Cylinder 4 Misfire). |

The car came in with the ("check engine ligt on, and loss
of power") like always the light was not on. and no real
problem was found. I pulled the codes with a snap-on
scanner.. manual toy2 plug only. code 14...no ignition

Thak you so much to those who replied. This one took awhile not having a good test for the mass air flow. However it was suggested that this was the problem all along I just could not prove it. While test driving the code would not trigger for approx. 30 mi... Trouble codes: P0171 (Bank 1 system too lean). |

after swapping out the front brake parts for upgrade parts the master cylinder started dropping as a bad master cylinder would.

Thanks to all that took time to respond. Two days after the customer picked up the vehicle all is well. The customer stated that the next morning the vehicle started up and idled fine. No complaints. I performed the idle relearn procedure and verified repairs.... Trouble codes: 411 (hi idle self tets). |

ON THESE SUBARUS I FOUND THAT THE NEUTRAL SWITCH GOES BAD AND THE COMPUTER THINKS THE CAR IS IN NEUTRAL AT HIGH RPM SO IT SETS THE IAC CODE. I TESTED THE SWITCH AND IT WAS BAD. REPLACED IT AND CODE NEVER CAME BACK. Trouble codes: PO519 (idle air cont perf). |

Thsi vehicle is fixed, I went through all the responses and checked all relevant items, no change. The trick to this one was that before reseting the timing belt this vehicle would not run on the rear cylinder at all, after the timing belt reset the cylinder ... Trouble codes: P0300 (Mutiple Misfire), P0301 (Clyinder 1 Misfire), P0305 (Cylinder 5 Misfire), P0303 (Cylinder 3 Misfire). |

2002 Toyota Sequoia 4.7L ABS module
Well I got my Master cylinder resivor in that houses the Brake fluid level switch Installed it and Plugged in the sensor and My code went away and stayed off I guess the Switch as the book calls it is more of a sensor. |
