| 2002 Chrysler Town & Country Limited 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2C8GP64L92 OK got this one fixxed! Grounding pin 4 @ Rad fan relay(circuit n173) runs fan constant.Then grounding pin 73 @ pcm fan would run but inconsistantly/irratic-voltage on n173 would only pull down to about 4volts.So than I grounded pin 18 @ipm now I got fan const... | 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT 2.4L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B3EL46J34 Thanks to Chad from Minnesota. Apparently if the PCM has 4 small connectors it is a NGC vehicle.
