Hey techs. I keep getting code 09-04 (passenger seatbelt
buckle switch fault) on this car. We've replaced the
seatbelt switch assembly and have done "wiggle tests" and
still can't figure why the code keeps coming back again and

Mark hit this one right on the nose just minutes after posting. He said a shorted ignition rotor will have the same symptoms as I was having. That was it. Put a new rotor in it and that fixed it.
