Thanks again everyone, all your ideas were great, although I had already tried them all. All I could put this down to was a bad TCM. Had the ZF 6 people send me out a new TCM and Valvebody (they are one unit). Fit it, filled the trans, etc. Road tested and was... Trouble codes: P0605 (Internal Control Module Read Only Memory ROM Error), P0701 (Transmission Control System Range/Performance), B2681 (PRNDL Sender Failure).
