i would like to say thanks to the members of iatn for all your help i replaced ball joints control arms brakes resurface new brake rotors calipers torque all wheel nuts and still no better results i am still trying and will post results when i get it right

Thanks everyone. Exspecialy Kirk. You were right on.I think some of the guys misuderstood the problem. Flushing the power steering system and adding a supplement did the trick. I should have stated that you had to be turning the steering wheel to get the shutt...
