| 1998 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1FTRX18L4W Well, the problem turned out to be the vacuum fitting (elbow) for the PCV valve. It is hidden behind the intake manifold and is difficult to see. To access it we needed to remove the idle air motor but if you have smaller hands you may be able to remove it wit...
