| 1996 Honda Accord EX 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Stall, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1HGCD5661T We found the problem in the wiring at the PCM. The O2 sensor signal was corroded at the harness connector. Replace the terminal and all is ok. Sorry for the delay in response. It has been very busy here.
