| 2003 Dodge Neon SE 2.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B3ES26C13 thanks to all 6 replies. we do not have a smoke machine to test with. but a good inspection of all the fuel lines in and out of the fuel tank and evap canister did the trick. the canister had a pencil size hole in it. we sealed it and all is good.
