Thanks to all who replied. We smoked checked the car again, hot and cold. Even though we Could find no leaks some of the replies indicated the intake gaskets to be problematic. We removed the intake and found a bad intake gasket. The vehicle now idles better... Trouble codes: P0306.

sorry it took so long to get back. i found a broken wire in the cam sensor wire right below the batterty where it goes underneath the fuse box mounting bracket, it was hard to find but rewired it and it hasnt been back . thans for all of your help!
