Chrysler can throw some curves! The 4.5v on the signal wire is the NORMAL bias voltage. The code 24 was set because of a bad TPS. If we would have followed the factory test for code 24 instead of following the 4.5 bias voltage this car wouldn't have been a pro... Trouble codes: 24 (TPS Voltage high).
