We found replaced computer bad. Large burnt area in board. Checked old computer[original] we still had and found it was burnt the same as replacement unit. We removed computer wiring harness and found the wiring harness chaffed at rear of head. The alternator ... Trouble codes: P0108

2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3L rear door VIN: 1B8GP45R51
customer has not returned vehicle to be fixed. some replies stated it could linkage causing the problem but it is ok.it will open mechanicly with the key but not elecricly with the rear door switch.thanks for the help
