| 1996 Plymouth Neon 2.0L No Start, Cuts out, Stall, WONT GO OVER 5 MPH VIN: 1P3ES22C4T The fix was in fact the wiring harness it was melted together with the other wires in the system approx. 18's up the harness from the crank sensor. |
