well thank you to all that have responded, we had brought the vehicle up to the dodge dealer and they did a pcm reprogram for the misfire. we have not heard back from the customer and i did leave a follow up message to see how it is running. it ran good before... Trouble codes: P0132 (upstream o2 voltage over 1.5v), P0172 (upstream o2 sensor signal rich), P0300 (cylinder misfires).
