| 1995 Chevrolet Lumina APV 3.1L No Start, Cuts out, Stall Thanks for everyones suggestions. After disassembling TBI unit and regulator, then reinstalling, vehicle ran perfect. I suspect maybe the fuel preesure regulator was the culprit. Only time will tell. |
