1995 Chevrolet Lumina APV 3.1L No Start, Cuts out, Stall
Vehicle starts and stalls. Runs rough with foot on pedal to keep running. Can see fuel coming out injectors while cranking and have lots of spark. Do these vehicles have problems with the TBI assembly?, ECU, spark timing? Any help would be appreciated.
