Good Morning all, The rivera is back to normal. The problem was the PCM. I checked all powers and grounds. I checked all the current applied circuits and found nothing out of the ordinary. 1991 Chevrolet Beretta 2.2L No Start, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G1LV13G4M
Thanks to all that replied, the fix was to replace the est to ecm wire, it was shorted to voltage, .2 volts, ses lite still on ,then ran flow again and found that the by pass wire was shorted to ground, about a million ohms, almost open but not quite, replaced... Trouble codes: 42 (est not switching high or low).

I appreciate all the responses, it was great help. I should have ask a day sooner so I could have spent 1 day instead of 2 working on it. The replies were to drop the steering column and take the dash loose to replace the evaporator. Thanks for helping me out.
