| 1991 Chevrolet Beretta 2.2L No Start, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G1LV13G4M Thanks to all that replied, the fix was to replace the est to ecm wire, it was shorted to voltage, .2 volts, ses lite still on ,then ran flow again and found that the by pass wire was shorted to ground, about a million ohms, almost open but not quite, replaced...
