| 1991 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.5L Surge, high idle VIN: JA3CU26A5M Thanks for the replies, they helped solve the problem. It was the isc. The position sensors readings were changing, but the pintle was not retracting to lower the idle due to internal damage. After replacing it and reseting the tps it idled fine. |

Which we had suspected but the bulletin listed a po100 as the code to apply the bulletin to. We set the scope up on the maf and found irregular spikes that fell almost .5 v... Trouble codes: P0171. |
