
1988 Toyota Pickup DLX 2.4L Poor Fuel Economy, Poor acceleration
Engine repair was done to cure severe plug oil fouling. When the diagnostic connector is jumped for timing adjustment(T-E1) the system fails to enter base timing mode. There is no advance to ignition timing as engine RPM's increase after connector is unjumped....
