| 1996 Dodge Stratus 2.4L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Misfire VIN: 1B3EJ46X8T Belive it or not, I fixed this car by replacing the plugs. Just for fun I put the old plugs back in, and it started up and ran good. I still don't know why. Maybe the plugs that I installed were faulty. This is just another reminder to not forget the basics.
