2003 Chevrolet Express 3500 6.0L No Start, NO COMUNICATION
vehicle towed in as a no run. on initial check, vehicle runs but no gauge operation and alternator light on and vehicle is charging. no scan tool comunication. no power at dlc and fuse good. ran seperate power supply to pin 16 on dlc but still no comunication.
