The EGR Valve is never turned on by the PCM. There is good Vacuum to the EGR Solenoid. There is System Voltage on the B+ side of the EGR Soleniod but the PCM never Grounds the Brown/Pink wire at the EGR Soleniod. I can back probe the Brown with Pink wire at th...
