2003 Ford Windstar SEL 3.8L Rear Blower Motor
Running out of options, Blower Motor runs constantly at same speed with key in or out. Installed new blower resistor but no go. Tested power and ground to relay, good and fuses to relay and toaux rear relay module. I feel like there is power bleeding over some...
