Working on this 2004 beetle turbo. Checked all light bulbs and are okay, The problem is both the left and right turn signals blinks rapidly. Using the Hazard switch is normal. According to the Mitchell on Demand diagrams, power goes through fuse 2 and fuse 39 ...
