2003 Volvo S60 2.4L No Start
this is a on demand fuel pump system, metal fuel tank, controlled by ecm & fuel pump control module. I suspected the fuel pump & opened fuel tank cover to test voltage at pump, found 6-8 to volts & car started right up ( i think that getting to the pump distur...
