this vehicle sets a code 18 in the tcm for engine rpm signal and a code po700 in pcm. have checked signal to tcm & pcm with lab scope & signals are the same the pcm shows engine rpm but not the tcm. We have tried a new tcm with no [...] wandering if anyone has...
