1998 Dodge Intrepid 3.2L Fan operation
The car over heats. I found that the cooling fans will not come on. THe PCM grounds the relays to turn them on hi or low. PCM shows correct coolant temp. If I turn the ac on they work normal. The compressor is seized and there is no belt. Any ideas why they on...
