1996 Chrysler Concorde LX 3.3L Speedometer
The speedo on this one came in jumping around and then went dead. The output speed sensor has a good pattern and ohms out good. After extensive testing I found that my signal going from the TCM to the PCM was not right. It is supposed to be a square 5v pattern...
