1999 Chrysler Town & Country LX 3.8L No Start
This van was towed in as a no start from a GM dealer that sends us all their non GM cars. The dash was half apart. Can't get a straight story on the original symptom. Owner says all parts are original, but I am concerned they are not being truthful about the B...
