1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Poor Idle Quality
The engine runs a bit rough, sounds rich but tailpipe Not sooty, plugs were black so I replaced them. It revs up ok in neutral but driving it only goes 15 mph, fairly smoothly. Torquing it, it's rough like a misfire. I read the P0138 once,and I see s2 h...
