2002 Dodge Dakota SLT 3.9L No Start
This truck came in with a crank no start condition. The odometer says No Bus. I suspect the skim module, because I have no communication with any of the modules and the IPC doesn't come to life, even the gauges do not work. I cant find any way to test the SKIM...
