1993 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
While cranking I can see the scan tool shows rpm and says yes to cam and crank signal. I cannot get spark or injector pulse, there is 12v to coil and injectors while cranking but I think the pcm is not grounding circuits. All help will be appreciated, thanks f...
