1999 Dodge Caravan SE 3.3L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on, crank no start
Here is the scoop on this caravan....At times on cold start the car will crank no start, at this time it has spark but will crank over and smells strong of fuel. The only way to get it to start is to hold your foot to the floor then of course it will run rough...
