1997 Chrysler Concorde LX 3.5L No Start, Stall, Floods
The only thing I can find abnormal is when the car is going to stall the vacuum and rpms start to drop 5"hg and the inj. ms climb to 32ms and the car floods (happens only cold and in open loop!!!....) Have to hold throttle to floor (clear flood) to start it ag...
