2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring 2.4L Fan Circuit
Used car with inop ac. Evac and recharge system. No leaks verified. Bleed off valve started releasing r-134 while finishing recharge of system. Verified fan stopped spinning and was not coming on with a/c. Only opperating with engine temp. My beleif was either...
