1995 Isuzu Rodeo S 2.6L smog
this vehicle came in from another shop for failed NOX during the smog test. the EGR vale is not opening. the PCM will not command on the EGR solenoids to open the EGR valve. I can ground the solenoids seperatly and they both work. the ERG valve and the passage...
