2010 Lexus RX450h 3.5L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle was towed in. Cust says would not accelerate, MIL flashing, check Hybrid system & check all wheel drive displaying on dash. I cleared codes and drove vehicle, took about 1.7 miles then limp mode kicked in and barely limped back to shop, P0A78 retur...
