Re: Customers in the shop - Yes or No?
I moved from a county of 3,000 total to opening the only shop in a town of 3,000. I know all about the customers that just won't stop socializing. I don't have that problem here yet, but I do chase them out of the shop. I don't use the insurance excuse much, because the easiest explanation, and the respectable one is: "If I am distracted at all while doing this simple task, I will miss a bolt, or connector. If you let me get this finished with no distractions, you will have a quality repair"
