Re: At what point

I couldn't have said it better , Chad . Thank you . At that point in time we had several types of machines all in at the same time , short list , Trackless, Bobcats , John Deere farm tractors , John Deere bucket loaders [544H] , Caterpillar bucket loaders , 4x4 trucks , plus the walk behind self propelled snow blowers . A person could get easily overwhelmed by the numbers and different types of equipment to work on. If I was a drinking person I could have put away half a bottle of Jack Daniels without trying too hard . It does require a change in mindset . That said , I find it odd that this guy would give Dean a hard time when he has been given several chances to improve himself . He doesn't have to pay the bills ,keep the lights on , or take the negative feedback when these mistakes keep showing up . I don't believe Dean is the source of this problem , it sounds like this guy has issues which he is not up front about .
