Well the time has come, 44 years of and a lifetime of fixing stuff, I am done this year. My wife and I have operated the 60year old family business through good and bad alone. We have worked the 10-12 hr days, rarely getting what your worth, staying ahead of the NYS Inspection program, changing technology, increasing costs and taxes, without much of any vacations. At the top of the list is the changing customer, no longer loyal, the internet has made them all experts. We still love what we do, but feel we need to get out on top, we have always paid our bills, put our kids through college, now it is our turn. I am sure I will miss it, but the grandchildren will take my mind off it. Now I may have time to fly my airplane to somewhere I want to go, instead of having to get back in a hurry and go to work.... john and nancy danish
