Used to calibrate forward facing camera. The smaller box on top is a tripod. I opened the box and the tripod was still in it's plastic bag in the nylon soft case it comes in. I suspect if you don't have a factory level scan tool it's no good to you but have not confirmed it yet. Online on the Mopar tool website they are asking $356.73 CDN
