| 2012 Ram 3500 SLT 6.7L Radio VIN: 3C63D3HL3C I saw things like resetting the radio, even the one about soldering the board? I ended up replacing the radio. I installed an aftermarket radio that was a plug and play and it worked great, and customer is happy. Thank you for your help, guys! Bob |
