| 2012 Chrysler 200 Touring 2.4L No Start VIN: 1C3BCBEB0C I was able to change vin in the ECM with my X Tool. Didn't even have to put in PIN code. It started right up and ran fine. As always thanks to all those who took time to reply. Thanks, Allen |

| 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.6L No Start The car lot that has this vehicle has decided they don't want to put the money in it right now it would take to replace the steering column module, WIN module and programming.
