Thanks all for suggestions. Pulled intake and found clogged EGR passages on all but cylinder 2 and a carbon keeping the EGR valve stuck open. For what it's worth for those commenting on my low vacuum, 17-18 inches is normal vacuum at this altitude. Trouble codes: P0302 (Misfire 2 cylinder), D0070.
