2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ 6.0L Stuck in first VIN: 2GCFK13Y17
Dropped transfer case and split open, once inside I found a broken snap ring. The snap ring allowed the reluctor wheel to move just enough that it would occasionally drop signal to the VSS sensor.
