Do any VW or AUDI Techs know what the Cyl head thickness is? Working on a 2010 A4 2.0T CAEB. Audi does not show specs, other than max warpage!

2009 BMW 135i 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: WBAUC73569
Check engine light on, and runs rough on start up for 15 seconds and the clears up. See list for codes. Removed spark plugs for inspection looks okay, looked for leaky injectors with bore scope none seen. Swapped coils from bank one to bank two no change. ... I have no information on this vehicle (Identifix, Alldata, Michell). Does anyone know what the values should be reading at the sensor? Yes I know battery voltage, ground and sensor output. What would normal be with correct oil level?
