Hello everyone. So I ended up figuring this one out. In the end it was my Baum tool I purchased from SSF. I set the cam-timing with that tool 3 times, always ended up leaving the inlet cams slightly advanced. I followed instructions, put tension on the ch... 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T AWD 2.5L Fuel gauge inop VIN: YV1RH59245
Customer did not authorize future repair with new CEM or inspection of the cover and gasket underneath windshield cowl. As of now only the fuel gauge continues to be inoperative. Trouble codes: CEM4A, CEM48.
