| 2009 Ford Expedition EL XLT 5.4L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1FMFK15519 Thanks for all replies. Took valve covers off and found cam follower off to the side. Valve spring also was off and valve was stuck in its own guide. I'm replacing the cylinder heads. Not an easy task but it pays well. Thank you again. | 2003 Toyota Highlander 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: JTEGF21A63 Customer brought me genuine Denso AFR sensor and no more misfires. All this could have been avoided if he had brought the car to me initially or replaced the sensors with real ones. Anyways thanks again for all the great info. Until next time.
