BMW Diesel techs, need some advise here. I don't see many of these so not to experienced with the bmw diesels. 2013 BMW X3 xDrive28i 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire VIN: 5UXWX9C50D
This one has been no fun, after replacing the timing chain the engine started and idled quite well for around 30mins, upon acceleration the engine misfired on cyl #4, checked coil and plug and found okay, swapped coil and plug with cyl #3 and engine still ... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random/Multiple misfire detected), P0301 (cylinder 1 misfire detected), P0302 (cylinder 2 misfire detected), P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire detected), P0304 (cylinder 4 misfire detected)

Got a new throttle body from Chrysler last week and just installed it. Starts and idles fine. Won't be able to road test until the weekend but need to close this request before it expired. Thanks to everyone who offered advice. Trouble codes: P2172 (High airflow vacuum leak detected), P0507 (idle speed higher than expected).
