| 2017 Chevrolet Malibu LT 1.5L p0014-p0017 The vacuum pump was the cause for this issue . The tone ring was 180 degrees off . The pin that locks the phaser to the cam also sheared . Replaced the cam , can phaser and timing chain. Installed new vacuum pump . Cleared codes and the issue was fixed . |

| 2014 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L No Start VIN: 5TFTX4CN1E So it wasn?t mentioned anywhere in service info, but Tacoma w/ 2.7 4 cyl engines DO NOT have immobilizer systems. I wasted a lot of time down that rabbit hole. Oh well. Thanks everybody. I hope this will save someone else some time. As for the no start conditi...
